Free Pranayama Yoga
Pranayama, also known as yogic breath is the method of silenc the breath. Prana has been defined as the air which flows through the body. Pranayama is made up of three part: controlled inhalation, controlle exhalation and hold of the breath. When you do all three part, it is call sahita, while do only the hold breath without the other two is call kevala. You should start with sahita till kevala come into being.
